There are two playgrounds at this elementary school in South Ogden, UT. Playground amenities include two separate play structures, merry go round, stepping stones and balance beam, monkey bars black top, basketball hoops and grass fields.
The first playground at H. Guy Child Elementary is located behind the school on the south side. It has pour in place rubber surfacing as a base. This playground was purchased and installed by the Weber School Foundation. Like other playgrounds they installed it features a colorful wheelchair accessible play structure and a merry go round. This playground is surrounded by a short metal fence.
The playground features a wheelchair accessible play structure, curved balance beam, stepping circles and merry go round.
The second playground is also located behind the school but farther away. The playground is connected to the black top, but the playground itself has a sand/gravel base and is not wheelchair accessible.
This is a larger playground with a play structure rated for 5-12 years old. It can accomodate lots of children at once.
