REVIEW OF MUNICIPAL ELEMENTARY, ROY, UT

 2200 W 5775 S Roy, UT 84067

This is a wood chip based playground in public park (Municipal Park) in Roy, UT and used for the school playground for Municipal Elementary, a Weber School District school. Playground amenities include play structure, overhead glider, swings, metal climbing tower and balance beam.

Because this is a public park playground, you ARE ALLOWED to use the playground any time of day including while school children are at the playground, according to Roy City.

Public restrooms for the park are nearby as well as basketball courts, tennis courts and covered picnic tables.

You can climb on the outside of the rock walls or you can stand on a platform on the inside of the wall. There is a big gap on the platform, so it may not be safe for toddlers.

This playground features a play structure rated for 2-12 year olds, but most of the elements in the park are more well suited to 5-12 year olds.

Here you can see one of the two blacktop areas at the elementary, one near the playground and one on the opposite side of the school. It has line games like 4 square and basketball hoops.

There is a paved track that circles the park with benches.
