In June 2019 we held a fundraiser at Ben Lomond Lanes in Ogden to raise money to purchase another Zero G adaptive swing for Weber County. With the help of a few generous donors and our our bowling guests we were able to purchase an acccessible/adaptive swing for Riverdale City to be placed in the Riverdale Park. This is probably the busiest park in Weber County during the summer and we are so glad to have helped make it a little more accessible to people with disabilities that may mean they can't use the traditional swings.
The city did have some issues with the ordering of the swing, but it is all resolved and now installed in the Riverdale Park.
Thank you very much to all our donors and friends that supported this endeavor to make Weber County more accessible to ALL children. We appreciate your generosity (and patience).
