This is a seasonal park in North Ogden (open in the summer). It is called the Water Works Park or the North Ogden Splash Pad.
There is a natural underground spring that provides the water and it you use a series of levers and pumps to pump water from the metal troughs into the concrete channels on the ground.
Other park amenities include 3 covered picnic tables, bench, trash cans and grass along the perimeter. There is no parking lot and no restrooms attached to this park. There are a couple parking spaces on street or you can park in the Lee's grocery store/Bicentennial park parking lot and walk across the street (there is a cross walk).
This is a fun activity for an hour or two on hot days, but there is no shade at or near the splash pad. There are some very small trees that may provide shade one day, but no shade cloths.
